These terms govern your use of The Connect. By creating an account you agree to them.
Subscriptions: Individual and Corporate plans include a 90-day complimentary trial. A valid payment card is required to start; you are billed annually after the trial unless cancelled beforehand. Government and Enterprise/MDB plans are arranged separately.
Acceptable use: the platform is for institutional decision-making. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute data except under a licensed white-label API agreement.
Data accuracy: intelligence is provided on a best-efforts, source-attributed basis and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.
Termination: you may cancel any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability: the platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
